In this course we will cover analyzing data with functions, working with tables, visualizing data with charts, analyzing data using PivotTables, and enhancing workbooks.
Excel 365 Online is Microsoft’s cloud-based, easy-to-use spreadsheet program. We will cover how to create and use advanced formulas, analyze data, organize worksheet data with tables, visualize data with charts, insert graphics, and enhance workbooks. This course uses the online version of Excel 365, not the desktop version.
This course is intended to help all users get up to speed on the different features of the online version Excel and to become familiar with its more advanced selection of features of Microsoft Excel.
To ensure success, participants should understand the basics of using a computer and be comfortable using the keyboard, mouse, operating system and an internet browser.

Lesson 1: Analyzing Data with Logical and Lookup Functions
In the first lesson, you will learn how to use text functions to manage and manipulate text, as well as date functions to return date information. Additionally, you will learn about the many different financial functions that are available and how they operate.

Lesson 2: Organizing Worksheet Data with Tables
In this session you will learn how to organize workbook data by creating tables, sorting data, and applying filters. • Create and modify tables • Sort data and filter data
Lesson 3: Visualizing Data with Charts
This session will focus on the variety of charts that are available and, how to insert them and the best ways to modify and format charts. • Create charts • Modify and format existing charts
Lesson 4: Enhancing Workbooks
In this final lesson, you will learn to customize workbooks using comments, hyperlinks and pictures. We will also cover modifying worksheets using the accessibility checker, managing fonts, and how to add alternative text to objects. • Customize workbooks • Prepare a workbook for audiences
