Sway is Microsoft’s cloud-based presentation app. It provides a quick, easy way to create interactive presentations for the web.
Sway is Microsoft’s cloud-based storytelling and presentation application. It is accessible via Office 365 as well as Windows, iOS, and Android apps. It allows users to integrate text, media, and online elements to create a web-based presentation that is accessible on any device. In this course, we will use the Office 365 version of Sway, but the mobile Sway apps should be similar.

This course is intended to help all users get up to speed with Sway and start using it in their daily workflow.
To ensure success, participants should understand the basics of using a MAC or Windows-based computer and be comfortable using the keyboard, mouse, operating system and an internet browser.
Lesson 1: Getting Started with Sway
In the first lesson of this course participants will learn how to launch Sway and create a new Sway Project. They will also learn how to create and manage cards and manage Sway projects.
Lesson 2: Work with Text and Images
In this lesson participants will learn how to format text and add media to a Sway Project.
Lesson 3: Graphics and Design
This lesson begins with how to work with images, as well as how to customize image display and set design options.
Lesson 4: Working with a Sway Project
In the final lesson, editing and sharing Sway projects are covered and how to set Sway project options.
Time permitting, this is your chance to ask questions, pose business challenges and work with your instructor in a workshop-style format. This is YOUR time! Make the best of it. (Labs and materials may be shared when available.)
